3. Build at least four supporting page/post for your money page/post (with internal linking back).
4. Drive Social Signals to your pages.
5. Start building contextual links (slowly from authority sites first) - First Batch.
6. Give links to some authoritative site.
7. Embed rich media on your content (YT video, infographic, images, PDF doc)
8. Add your pages on Rank Tracker (SerpLab, Accuranker, AntRanks).
9. Update existing pages/posts with some paragraphs, videos, links or any kind of contents.
10. Start giving another batch of contextual links from PBNs, Guest Posts or related sites(you buy). - Second Batch.
11. Check the Rank Tracker (SerpLab, Accuranker, AntRanks) to see whether any improve is made for your target keyword. If not; then update your existing content again with more words, build one more supporting page with linking back to your money page and get 5-10 backlinks from different sites with diversified anchor texts.
Note: While doing SEO, don't do what most of the SEOs are doing. Mix it up. Don't let Google think that you are doing SEO. Make everything natural.

So, we have to track my keyword by some tools that what position belongs to my keyword for my site.
Then we will track my competitors' site's backlinks and what type of contents are they submit for their site and which new keywords are they use for their sites. Then we will realize that what type of steps should be taken by me?
But we sometimes perform wrong that we don't take any step for this.
Suppose my website is now 11 No. in position, then that time the competitors notice my websites improvement and they all make careful steps as if my website doesn't enter into the first page. Then that time the competitors look at me like the image below:
